PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheese shredder with which adhesion of cheese pieces to a cutter and a cutter hood is reduced. SOLUTION: In this cheese shredder in which a cheese sending means 1 for sending lump cheese M toward one end of a frame is mounted on the frame, a rotary drive shaft 2 is protrusively arranged in parallel with the cheese sending direction on one end of the frame, the rotary drive shaft is equipped with the disklike cutter 3 having a large number of scraping blades 3a, and the cutter hood 5 that covers the cutter, inserts cheese and discharges scraped cheese pieces downward is attached to one end of the frame, powder sprinkling means 7, 8 and 9 for sprinkling dietary fiber powder P in the cutter hood are installed.
