PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an antenna device having waterproof properties whose thickness can be easily reduced. SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 is mainly composed of a dielectric substrate 2 in which a wiring pattern 3 is formed to one face and a radiation conductor 4 is formed to the other face, various electronic components 5 which are mounted to the one face of the dielectric substrate 2 and constitute a high-frequency circuit together with the wiring pattern 3, a feeding pin 6 which penetrates the dielectric substrate 2 and whose both ends are connected to the radiation conductor 4 and the wiring pattern 3, and a ground conductor plate 7 mounted to the dielectric substrate 2 in a state of covering a group of the electronic components 5. The ground conductor plate 7 is composed of a recessed lid 7a having a storage space for the group of the electronic components 5 and a flat flange 7b extended around the opening end of the recessed lid part 7a. The flange 7b is tightly fixed to one face of the dielectric substrate 2 over the entire periphery. Namely, the dielectric substrate 2 is also used as a circuit substrate for the high-frequency circuit, and the ground conductor 7 is also used as a shield case in the antenna device 1.
