PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for executing proper treatment to the occurrence of such a disaster as earthquake. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a route selecting means for selecting a route to destination and a transmitting means for transmitting information for enabling a user to reach the destination such as the route selected by the route selecting means to the user, and mounted on a traveling object such as a vehicle. This information processor is provided with an evacuation place setting means for setting an evacuation place based on the disaster type information, and configured so that the route can be selected by defining the set evacuation place as destination.
