PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light brain exercise and intellectual game method for laborious brain activation for young and old whose round-the-clock activity of brain cells is expected, and an electronically recording medium. SOLUTION: Video data is reproduced by a video reproduction section, and displayed as a video, and voice data is outputted in the form of voices by an acoustic apparatus. A televiewer sends the videos through the eyes by visual perception to the intracerebral optic fields existing behind the cerebrum and simultaneously sends the voices through the ears by auditory perception to the intracerebral auditory areas existing on the right and left sides of the cerebrum, respectively, to impart stimuli to the brains, thereby activating and training the brains. The video data is constituted by such one content as to request the caution, judgment, and opinion, to the televiewer, and the voice data is constituted by another content, respectively.
