<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for vehicle with multiple motors capable of providing sufficient milage, power performance and the like. <P>SOLUTION: When energy is supplied from an energy generating means driven by a main motor to a sub-motor by an eighth control means, a mode for operating the sub-motor after a predetermined time from an output request increase by a driver and a mode for operating the sub-motor simultaneously with the output request increase by the driver are selected. Therefore, since the sub-motor is operated after a predetermined time from power-on or accelerating operation, at the time of power mode selection or the like, to drive the energy generating means, the peak of acceleration G of the vehicle is raised, and the power performance is increased temporarily largely.
