<p>A wireless line (11) is established in advance between radio base stations (2,5). When receiving, from a mobile device (1), a message requesting handover to the radio base station (5), a base station control apparatus (3) transmits, to the radio base station (2) via a wire line, a control message addressed to the radio base station (5) and notifying that the mobile device (1) is to be handed over to the radio base station (5). The radio base station (2) uses the wireless line (11) to transmit, to the radio base station (5), the received control message addressed to the radio base station (5). The radio base stations (2,5) use the wireless line (11) to transmit and receive therebetween the control message used for the base station control apparatus (3) to control the radio base station (5); the control message used for the base station control apparatus (3) to control the mobile device (1); and user data of the mobile device (1) and the other end of communication.</p> |
