<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which removes deposits on a recording head regardless of a width dimension of the recording head in a small mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration transducer 26 gives a nozzle surface 14 high frequency vibration when the nozzle surface 14 of the inkjet recording head 12 is cleaned. The deposits on the nozzle surface 14 are lowered in their adherence to the nozzle head 14 by the high frequency vibration and peeled off. The deposits on the inkjet recording head 12 are thereby removed regardless of the width dimension of the inkjet recording head 12 in the small mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
