PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing press using an offset roll which is made free, by a simple constitution, from problems such as single-flow of printing, nonuniformity of printing, a shear in printing positions and others caused by a phenomenon of slanting of a nip part of a printing plate or the offset roll or deflection, in the printing press using the offset roll which conducts printing on a circuit board, a liquid crystal display element, an image display device or the like using glass, ceramics or the like. SOLUTION: A support arm which supports movably a one-end side bearing in the printing plate or the offset roll so that the nip part brought about by the printing plate and the offset roll coming into contact with each other be parallel substantially to both of the central axes thereof and is fixed to the main body of the printing press, and a mechanism one end of which is fixed to the support arm, while the other end thereof is fixed to the one-end side bearing, and which moves the one-end side bearing to the direction wherein the nip in the printing plate and the offset roll becomes parallel to both of the central axes, are provided.
