<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of personal risk or extra duty of a project. <P>SOLUTION: This project progress management system is provided with: a first means for managing the skill data and working time data of individual employees to be periodically updated; a second means for managing overtime work restriction and the number of annual paid holidays regulated by labor agreement or the like and regulation data such as labor agreement unique to the project; and a third means for checking a labor imposed on each employee assigned to a project plan based on the skill data and working time data of each employee and the regulation data, and for outputting a message when any employee on whom an excess labor is imposed exists, and for readjusting personnel and schedules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
