PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and a device for automatically measuring a curl of an optical sheet on line capable of remarkably enhancing measuring accuracy and a measuring speed. SOLUTION: At least one measuring laser 104 is installed on a conveying belt 102. The curl of the optical sheet 110 is determined when the measuring laser 104 is intersected by the optical sheet 110. The curl of the optical sheet 110 is automatically measured on line by accurate optical measurement, and the measuring accuracy is effectively enhanced to remarkably enhance the measuring speed.
