PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact oscillation detecting apparatus having good linearity. SOLUTION: Magnets 103 and 104 constituting a magnetic circuit unit forming a DC magnetic field between a pair of magnetic poles opposed to each other at a prescribed interval; an induction coil 106, arranged adjacent to the magnetic circuit unit; and an armature 102 arranged between the magnetic poles and through the induction coil are provided for the inside of a housing 101. A weight 107 is fixed to one end of the armature 102, and the other end of the armature 102 is fixed with respect to the housing 101. When oscillations propagate to the housing 101 from the outside, the wight 107 undergoes reciprocates movement to cause flexural oscillations in the armature 102. An induced current is induced in the induction coil 106 by the oscillations of the armature 102 and outputted as the detection signals of the oscillations to signal output terminals 110 and 111.
