PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent falling of a shutter curtain and to enable reusing the shutter curtain many times by preventing rolling bodies from being deformed, even if a falling preventive device works. SOLUTION: The shutter is provided with brackets 7, 8 rotatably supporting the opposite ends of a winding shaft 4 for winding up and down the shutter curtain 3 via a bearing 5, a drive part 9 imparting rotational force to the winding shaft 4, a guide rail 10 of the shutter curtain, and the failing preventive device 11 of the shutter curtain. The falling preventive device 11 has a rotary disk 24 connected to the winding shaft 4 and a fixing main body 25 storing the rotary disk 24. A plurality of storage grooves 31 storing solid rotary bodies 30 is provided on the outer periphery of the rotary disk 24, and engaging grooves 32 is provided in the upper side portion of the inner periphery of the fixing main body, by allowing the rotary bodies 30 projecting out of the storage grooves by the centrifugal force caused by high speed rotation at falling to be engaged with the upper side part of the inner periphery of the fixing main body 25 by substantially half of the outer diameter of the rotary body 30 to stop the rotation of the rotary disk 24.
