PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system or the like, which is one of positioning systems of time asynchronous type and can acquire a positioning time on the basis of a satellite time by compensating a time when support information is generated.

SOLUTION: A terminal device 40 is provided which comprises; a support information generation time acquiring means that acquires the above support information generation time contained in the support information; a positional relation signal reception time information generating means that generates positional relation signal reception time information representing a positional relation signal reception time when a positional relation signal used for a positioning operation is received; a time difference information generating means that generates time difference information representing a time difference between the support information generation time and the positional relation signal reception time; a statistic basic information storing means that stores a plurality of time difference information sets as statistic basic information; and a support information generation time compensation information generating means that statistically processes the statistic basic information and generates support information generation time compensation information being used for compensating the support information generation time information.
