PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transport a bag body formed after cutting a film to the suction part of a bag opening mechanism. SOLUTION: This inner bag machine comprises a bag making mechanism for feeding a tubular film from a roll for forming a bag body, a bag opening mechanism 3 for opening the opening part of the bag body, a covering mechanism 5 for covering the opening of a container with the opening part opened by the bag opening mechanism, and an attaching mechanism 6 for attaching the bag body covered by the covering mechanism to the bottom face in the container. A bag body transporting mechanism 4 is provided for transporting the opening part of the bag body to the bag opening mechanism by rotating a roll body after the film F is held by the advance movement of a pair of roll bodies 40 positioned facing each other on both sides of a transportation passage at the back stage side of the bag making mechanism.
