PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock bolt insertion device capable of improving workability and safety by mechanizing insertion work of the longer lock bolt, improving workability by saving labor such as a readjustment of a direction and a position of the device when the longer lock bolt is inserted in two steps and being carried out even if the damage occurs in a hole. SOLUTION: The lock bolt insertion device 7 inserting a lock bolt R in the hole is equipped with a guide cell 8, a drifter 9 installed on the guide cell 8, a movement mechanism 10 reciprocating the drifter 9, a centralizer 11 attached to the front end of the guide cell 8, at least a connecting section 20 connected to a shank rod 13, the first pushing section 21 pushing the rear end section of the lock bolt R projected backward from the connecting section 20 and inserting the front end section in the centralizer 11 and a reaction force member 14 formed in a position opposed to the centralizer 11 and having respectively the second pushing section 22 pushing the rear end section of the lock bolt inserting the front end section in the hole.
