The rotary distributor (1) for a filler has a fixed section (3) with a passage for the product for filling, and a rotating section with a passage for the product. The rotating section (4) and the fixed section are axially sealed in relation to one another. The passage (2a,2b,2c) for the product for filling is located centrally in the fixed section and/or in the rotating section. The rotating section is pretensioned in relation to the fixed section by at least one tensioning element (5), whereby the tensioning is adjustable, and the tensioning element rotates together with the rotating section.
