The invention relates to a device which forms a communication control kit consisting of: cards (100) which each have at least one interaction zone (110, 120, 130, 140); and a reader comprising (i) a sensor which can interact with the cards (100) in order to detect thereon a first datum from a first-type interaction zone (110) and (ii) a communication handler which can activate a network function for the purpose of a group communication, with a parameter taken from the first datum by way of a group designation.
