PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device preventing a trouser foot from falling under the heel, a trouser shape from deforming and dirty, and rain water from infiltrating into underwear, socks or shoes. SOLUTION: The space between the lower limbs, principally the ankles, and trousers is adjusted by installing a device on the lower limbs.
