PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor miniaturizable in the state where connection reliability of a connection part is secured by arranging the connection part between a core wire and a lead wire in a holding fitting. SOLUTION: An axial hole 25 for allowing the holding fitting 20 to penetrate in the axis O direction has a small diameter part 26 formed on a part of a shell part 21 of the holding fitting 20, and a large diameter part 27 enlarged furthermore than the small diameter part 26 on parts of a male screw part 22, a tool interlocking part 23 and a protection cylinder part 24. The core wire 12 of MI cable 10 having a thermistor element fixed to the tip is electrically connected to the lead wire 31 for connection to an external circuit, through a terminal fitting 32 in the large diameter part 27. This temperature sensor 100 can be miniaturized by storing the connection part in the large diameter part 27. In addition, an influence of vibration transferred from a hydrogen gas pipe 200 can be reduced by positioning the connection part near an O-ring 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
