PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device of a preform effectively protecting a neck portion of the preform from a heat source. SOLUTION: The heat device 300 of the preform has the first shutter member 306 and the second shutter member 308 each shielding the neck portion 120 from heat from an infrared heater 304, and a shutter driving mechanism 340. At least one of the first shutter member 306 and the second shutter member 308 has a cut portion 314 large enough to accept the preform 118 stopping in a transferring passage 201.
