The method involves recovering energy generated by circulation of liquid through a pipe. The recovered energy is used to exert pressure over a helix with spoon type shovels, and produce a driving force for a corresponding mechanism. The method is automatic and can be used in urban areas or with alternative water storage. Pressure is constant, such that rotation of helix does not produce reduction in circulation of liquid.
