摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid enlargement of a motor, while eliminating the need of a balancer for weight reduction. SOLUTION: A lower limit stopper 70 used for mechanical contact is disposed instead of a balancer, a belt speed reduction mechanism 62 is included in a rotation transmission part 60. High-voltage additional power supply voltage AC200V is supplied to a control part 51 in addition to standard power supply voltage DC24V, a logical circuit 52 for control is operated with the standard power supply voltage DC24V, and a motor driving circuit 53 is operated with the additional power supply voltage AC200V. When a crossing bar 30 moves down to a descent lower limit position, the control part 51 stops driving the motor 25. A transmission line of a train incoming signal TER, an electric supply line of the standard power source voltage DC24V, and a power supply line of the additional power source voltage AC200V are wired by a common multicore cable 13.
