<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying apparatus capable of efficiently carrying out dehumidification of a large quantity of air within a short time while suppressing temperature fluctuation of highly humid air. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is a dehumidifying apparatus (20) for dehumidifying highly humid air (a1) and producing low humid air (a2) and comprises an air conditioning duct (1) for supplying the highly humid air (a1) in one direction by a blower (9), a dehumidifying duct (2) adjacent to the air conditioning duct (1) for passing air (b1) with a relatively low humidity than the humidity of the highly humid air in one direction, and a heat insulating moisture-permeable material (5) partitioning the air conditioning duct (1) and the dehumidifying duct (2).
