PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a stable display luminance characteristic over a long period employing an economical constitution by improving deterioration in the display luminance of a display panel over the long period on a circuit. SOLUTION: When a power supply control section 6 decides that the cumulative driving time of a display panel 1 has reached an update time which is beforehand set, a scanning driving voltage (VDy) is increased based on a set correction voltage value and a future scanning driving voltage (VDy) is updated to improve the display luminance of the display panel 1.
