PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil having toy-like devisability by a method wherein movable ornamental bodies are arranged in the revolving delivering type writing utensil. SOLUTION: In this revolving delivering type writing utensil having a revolving delivering mechanism to let the writing tip part of a writing body extend and retreat through the tip opening part of a fore shaft, a connecting part is provided at the rear end of each sliding body so as to arrange the ornamental body with an ornamental part at the rear end of the connecting part. In a rear shaft locating backwards from the rear end of the sliding body, a retreating part having retreating holes, through each of which the ornamental body insertingly passes, is provided. When the writing tip part of each writing body is extended through the tip opening part of a barrel by revolving the rear shaft under the condition that the ornamental body is inserted in the retreating hole, the ornamental part of the ornamental body connected with the writing body retreats in the retreating hole of the retreating part. When the writing body retreats through the opening part of the barrel, the ornamental part of the ornamental body connected with the writing body is made to extend beyond the retreating hole.
