The device has a calculating unit (12) for evaluating the measured value of built-in measuring objects, using a measuring program. The calculating unit processes the parameters of the measuring program which forms characteristics for a rotation and/or reeling error of a tool fitting spindle. A two dimensional coordinate transformation of a measuring point is performed depending on the parameters.
