APORPHINE AND OXOAPORPHINE AND THE MEDICAL USE THEREOF

摘要

The invention provides certain aporphine and oxoaporphine for preparing medicine which can be used for ischemic disease prevention and treatment. The pharmacological mechanism of said compounds is to keep or increase endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), thus, the compounds can be used to produce medicines to prevent or treat mammal or human's ischemic disease, including ischemic apoplcxia, ischemic cerebral thrombosis, ischemic cerebral embolism, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, ischemic heart disease or ischemic intestinal lesion.
