PURPOSE:To enable the damper to maintain a constant damping force regardless of ambient temperature by forming fixed plates unmovable in the direction of rotation of the movable shaft by engaging them with a casing, and forming both fixed and movable plates movable in the direction of their thickness, and forming the front or a part of one or both plates out of each fixed and movable plate by a temperature sensing deforming member. CONSTITUTION:A fixed plate 7 is formed integrally with a temperature sensing deforming member 7c held by silicon rubber, etc., by means of an adhesive, etc. between the two upper and lower discs. Thus, when the atmospheric temperature rises in summer, the temperature sensing deforming member 7c becomes thicker due to the silicon rubber, the thickness of the fixed plate 7 is also increased, and the clearances between movable plates 6, 6... and fixed plates 7, 7... are reduced as a whole. As a result, even if the viscosity of a viscous fluid A is lowered as the atmospheric temperature rises, the damper can be constantly regulated to a desired constant value throughout the year by increasing the viscous shear resistance through the reduction in spacing of the clearances between each plate, without lowering the damping force at the time of temperature rise. |
