<p>A pulley unit comprising:
a hollow shaft (5) fixed to the outside of a protruding part of a rotary shaft (3) protruding from a central hole of a housing (4);a pulley (10) fitted on the outer diameter side of said hollow shaft (5) in a state where an annular space (11) is formed;a one-way clutch (6) which is arranged in said annular space and switches between a state where said hollow shaft (5) and said pulley (10) are rotated as an integral unit and a state where said hollow shaft (5) and said pulley (10) are relatively rotated;at least one rolling bearing (7,8) which is arranged in said annular space and supports said hollow shaft and said pulley; andseal members (18,19) for sealing said annular space (11), said members being attached to the axial outside of said rolling bearing (7,8);
wherein a housing side end portion of said pulley (10) is formed into such a shape as to be able to face an end portion of said housing with a narrow space functioning as a non-contact seal; a gap space portion (S) in annularly formed among said hollow shaft (5), said pulley and said housing; and said gap space portion (5) is filled with an annular member (53).
