PURPOSE:To prevent generation of abnormal sound due to wrench of an inner cylinder with a bulkhead, which is to partition a major liquid chamber into a plurality of minor liquid chambers, by equipping the bulkhead with a resilient body possible to make relative motion with respect to the inner cylinder upon being inserted to the periphery of the inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A liquid chamber 32 formed between an inner cylinder 12 and an outer cylinder 24 is partitioned into minor liquid chambers 32A, 32B by a bulkhead 34, which is fixed to the outer cylinder 24, and the two minor chambers 32A, 32B are put in communication through a restrictive passage 38 formed at a ring 36 of the bulkhead. A resilient body 42 is vulcanized and jointed to the bore of a cylindrical par of bulkhead 34, and the bore is inserted to the periphery of the inner cylinder 12. When large vibration generated by, for ex., starting of the car inclines the axis of the inner cylinder 12 with respect to the axis of the outer cylinder 24 and produces wrench, a relative motion is generated between the outside surface of the inner cylinder 12 and the bore of the resilient body 42. Because the resilient body 42 is soft, no abnormal sound will be generated due to slip with the outside surface of the inner cylinder 12. |
