A homogenizer for mechanical treating plastic lubricants, which contains plunger unit with sealing of plungers, plungers, suction and injection valvesand saddles, homogenization head with homogenizing valves and saddles, pressure-gauge head with pressure-gauge. The sealing plunger unit made with stuffing box AFT, at that stuffing-boxes chambers are made prolonged to 3.5 diameters of plunger, plungers are diminished in diameter and extended in length which is equal to the length of stuffing-box, and made of wear-resistant steel 38XH3MA with heat treatment. Suction and injection valves and saddles are made of wear-resistant ball bearing steel SHX15 with chemical and thermal treatment - boronizing, valves are ball-shaped, working surfaces of homogenizing valves and saddles of homogenizing head are made of wear-resistant material - tungsten carbide VK6, pressure-gauge head has, in addition, the system of liquid sprays, tubular coil with oil, and the pressure-gauge body is filled with glycerin.
