The proposed smoke fire detector contains a microprocessor control unit, a unit for generating a smoke detection signal, a unit for limiting current and voltage, a current-to-voltage converter, two capacitors, a diode, an optical radiation source, a photodetector, and light-emitting diode indicator.The unit for generating a smoke detection signal contains two bipolar transistors, a diode, and resistors. The power-supply of the said units are connected to the corresponding terminals of the power-supply source. The first output of the control unit is connected to the input of the unit for generating a smoke detection signal. The input of the current-to-voltage converter is connected to the second output of the control unit. The optical radiation source is optically coupled with the photodetector via a hollow lightguide with internal light-absorbing surface. The output of the photodetector is connected to the input of the control unit. The fire detector provides a possibility to generate a fire alarm signal.
