The technique for dissecting the autologous skin flap comprises dissection of the skin followed by the parallel incisions performed in a staggered mode with the specified distance and specified flap width between the incisions. The parallel incisions are performed in zigzag mode with the skin flaps between them remaining in the three-wave intervals.
