<p>PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably production cost, achieving a plurality of insert molding processes continuously by forming the working shaft fitted to the piston shaft of an oil pressure device in a freely rocking manner and the guiding groove for conducting the end portion of the working shaft to one side of an engaging pawl at driving and causing it to go around said nib at returning. CONSTITUTION:The end portion of a working shaft is conducted to the linear part of a semiconductor guiding groove 8b, operating an oil pressure device 8a, and then it is applied to one side of an engaging pawl 7 and pushes said nib. At returning, said shaft end moves along the curved portion of said guiding groove 8b and goes ground said engaging pawl 7, whereby a stripper 4 is turned with a rotary shaft 3 by a specified angle, i.e. 120 deg. accurately Molded parts 1c, 1d are transferred onto the mold in the process of later order at the state where the parts are kept in said stripper 4. On one hand, the new molded parts 1c having been molded in the process of former order is transferred onto said mold and situated thereon with the turn of the stripper 4. Next, while a pushing device is retracted and the stripper 4 is positioned at the side of a core 2, the molded parts 1c in the process of former order is guided to the mold and placed thereon. In following processes similar injection molding is repeatedly carried out.</p> |
