<p>A dental cast model apparatus for the production and manipulation of dental model casts. The apparatus includes a model base having a mould adapted to produce a dental model. The model base is capable of supporting the dental model when formed and the model base is provided with one or more portions through or via which a force may be applied to said dental model when formed to remove said dental model from the model base.
