FIELD: medicine, stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should exfoliate mucous-periosteal fragment followed by its immediate deepithelization, removal of granulations and subgingival depositions with ultrasound, and, also, treat the surfaces of dental roots and intraosseous pouches. Moreover, the treatment of dental root surfaces and intraosseous pouches should be carried out with ultrasound, for 10-18 min by applying a polishing suspension, then it is necessary to fill osseous pouches with osteoplastic material as alloplant, and as polishing suspension one should apply hydroxyapatite solution at particles size being 10 mcm, not more. The innovation enables to remove complications and undesired reactions in early postoperational period at surgical treatment of inflammatory diseases of parodontium due to creating favorable conditions for regeneration of bony tissue. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
