FIELD: metallurgy; devices for injection of solid materials into reservoirs. ^ SUBSTANCE: elongated metallurgy lance for injection of solid material into molten material includes central tube, circular cooling jacket surrounding the central tube over considerable part of its length, unit for introducing the cooling agent and unit for discharge of cooling agent. Outer wall of section of front end of jacket is made from first material possessing high heat-transfer properties and withstanding outside temperature above 1100°C. Outer wall of section jacket housing is made from second material retaining its structural properties under action of outside temperatures above 1100°C during protracted periods of time. External wall of section of front end and external wall of section of housing are interconnected by welding. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency under high-temperature conditions. ^ 22 cl, 6 dwg |
