FIELD: gyroscopes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method can be used for application in modulation, solid-body wave, laser and other gyroscopes. Method is based upon vacuum oxidation of gyro's ampoule made of titanium alloy. The process concludes in washing in oil solvent, degassing in vacuum of (1-2)x10-2 mm Hg at temperature of 600-650°C during two hours, cooling to 100°C in oven and then in open air. Then ampoule is subject to degassing in pressure-tight gadget at 160+-10°C and at pressure of 3x10-6 mm Hg during ten days in total. After that ampoule is subject to laser pressurization through glass, made in gadget, by laser beam which strikes flanged hole made in ampoule. ^ EFFECT: preservation of vacuum inside gyro during total exploitation period; improved precision if gyro. ^ 3 dwg |
