PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a film of electromagnetic wave shielding properties for a display, without irregularities at a transparent portion and having superior transparency, and to provide an electromagnetic wave shieding display having superior transparency. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding mesh for a display performing the following (1) to (5) in an arbitrary order and performing at least once an active energy ray irradiation. (1) Pasting a metal foil 1 and a substrate film 2 via an active energy ray viscous force extinction type sensitive adhesion 3, (2) forming a metal mesh by a selective etching of the metal foil 1, (3) blackening processing of the metal foil 1 or the metal mesh, (4) pasting the metal mesh surface of a lamination containing the active energy ray viscous force extinction type sensitive adhesion 3 and the metal mesh and a transfer supporting body, and (5) peeling a substrate film 2 from the metal foil 1 or the metal mesh.
