PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel excellent in both an adhesive property and high image quality (brightness), in particular, in CsBr stimulable phosphor, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In this radiographic image conversion panel with a stimulable phosphor layer having CsBr:Eu stimulable phosphor formed on a support by a vapor deposition method (vapor phase method), layers of low luminous intensity and layers of high luminous intensity are layered alternately when a cross section of the stimulable phosphor layer is excited from a support side toward a phosphor layer surface side by an excitation light source.
