<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sounding controller of an electronic musical instrument that enables a musical performance with rich expression by enabling a player to intentionally and clearly changing parameters of a musical sound for keys selected by a solo function according to priority. <P>SOLUTION: When a keyboard event occurs (S23), a priority key is selected through priority key selection processing (S27). When the priority key changes current sounding (S27), muting processing (S27) is performed and then a velocity value is generated from a key depressing speed when the event is an ON event or from a key release speed when an OFF event after performing the muting processing (27).
