PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practical usability, in a fastening structure for fixing/supporting a steering column to a part of a vehicle body so as to move by a load exceeding a predetermined value. SOLUTION: For example, in a fastening structure fastening a column side fastened portion 64 provided with a slot 82 and a vehicle body side fastened portion 80 provided with a hole 84 by a bolt 92 and a nut 94, a belleville spring 120 having a surface shaped in a conical peripheral surface is interposed. The shape of the belleville spring 12 is simple, which is advantageous in manufacturing. If the belleville spring 120 is deformed and used in a plastic deformation area, a fastening load is stabilized. If a washer 122 is interposed between the belleville spring 120 and the column side fastening portion 64, the biting of the belleville spring 120 is prevented, and relative movement in an extending direction of the slot 82 of two fastening portion 64, 80 is made to be smooth.
