PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reject at a PET bottle 4 at a rejection part 12 of an air conveyor 6 and to scatter it to the surrondings. SOLUTION: The air conveyor is provided with a support rail 14 for supporting the lower surface side of a flange 4b of the PET bottle 4; and an air injection means for blowing air to the neck 4a of the PET bottle 4 supported on the rail 14. At the rejection part 12, a rail (movable rail) 22 is separate from the support rail 14 and is rotatable with a fulcrum pin 24 parallel to a vessel conveying route as a center. The separate movable rails 22 are turned by an air cylinder 26. Restriction guides 30 are mounted to lower surfaces of both the movable rails 22. The restriction guide 30 is not engaged with the PET bottle 4 in a state that the movable rail 22 supports the PET bottle 4 and is engaged with the shoulder 4a of the PET bottle 4 and restricts the PET bottle to move 4 toward a downward direction when it is in a state that the movable rail does not support the PET bottle 4.
