PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of intermediate folding at intermediate perforation of continuous paper delivered to a stack tray. SOLUTION: A guide member G2 for a continuous paper stack arranged above the stack tray TR2 in which the continuous paper having a folding line Pa put with folding peculiarity is delivered while it is folded at the folding line Pa has a pair of paper guide members G2a. The pair of paper guide member G2a has a lower end arranged along a paper width direction and arranged at a position deviated from a horizontal linear line in the paper width direction and guides 1 surface side and 2 surface side of the continuous paper P downwardly conveyed from above the stack tray TR2 toward a horizontal upper surface of the stack tray TR2 respectively.
