PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a sticking sheet capable of uniformly and efficiently pressing/removing an adhesive on a cutting line of a laminated tape to the outside of the cutting line. SOLUTION: A pair of units U, U is vertically symmetrically arranged. The respective units U are provided with winding transmission means 10 having a linear advancement line L linearly advancing in the same direction at the same speed while opposed to each other; a large number of base plates 20 fixed to both winding transmission means 10 at a constant pitch; a movable plate 30 coordinated with the base plate 20; and a slide mechanism 40 for moving the movable plates 30, 30 opposed to each other in an approaching direction at the linear advancement line L.
