The kneepad has a cushion (22) forming a supporting area (28, 29) for a lower leg of a user, and a fixing device to fix the pad to the leg of the user. The area (28, 29) is partitioned centrically lengthwise, and disconnected for relieving leg bones of the user. The cushion (22) is formed in single-piece with a recess formed in between the areas. A cup (23) of the pad is provided with a curvature for a stable support.
