<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme-treated royal jelly(RJ)-containing health drink having high quality and easily controlling the generation of insoluble substances. <P>SOLUTION: This enzyme-treated royal jelly-containing health drink is obtained by making water contain RJ (enzyme-treated RJ) subjected to protein decomposition enzyme treatment using an endo-type neutral protease derived from Bacillus subtilis, and gellan gum as a polysaccharide thickener. It is preferable that the content of the enzyme-treated RJ in the health drink is 0.6-1.2 mass%, and the content of the gellan gum in the health drink is 0.01-0.09 mass%, more preferably 0.02-0.05 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
