<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention support method, a disaster prevention support system, and a disaster prevention support apparatus for supporting the examination of a local disaster prevention. <P>SOLUTION: From respective entity apparatuses 2 managed individually at various entities such as a care support entity, a care service entity, a social welfare corporation, and an in-home care center, a tolerance record is output which has associated the full name of a resident with tolerance information indicating the tolerance against a disaster such as information on his mind and body, information on his evacuation, and information related to his life environment. The output tolerance record is accepted by the disaster prevention support apparatus 1 managed by a municipality.
