PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mechanical security system by arranging an ID determination device performing invasion monitoring and monitoring release for each tenant occupying a building only on the floor having a service entrance for reducing the installation number of expensive ID determination devices. SOLUTION: An invasion sensor detecting invasion to a territory of the tenant is arranged for each of a plurality of tenants occupying the building. The ID determination device 4 setting invasion monitoring and its release for each tenant based on an invasion detection signal from the invasion sensor is arranged on the landing floor of an elevator on the first floor. When an OFF signal for a lighting switch is inputted, invasion monitoring for the corresponding tenant is started, and when an ID number is read by a card reader 5, it is determined whether invasion monitoring for the tenant matching the ID number is carried out or not.
