PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying sheet with index which does not require an operation to paste an index sheet to the copying sheet and a method for preparing an index part. SOLUTION: This copying sheet is used for preparing a report and the like and has the index part for indicating items at the side part of a spread side (the end part of the spread side). The indices are allocated in the way that their positions are different from each other by item in the longitudinal direction of the copying sheet and thus, the items to be studied can be put in order at different levels.
